Trends in doctor's diagnosis rate of stroke, 2007-2017


Doctor’s diagnosis rate (age standardized) of stroke among Korean adults aged 30 years and over has remained unchanged over the past decade from 2.2% in 2007 to 1.8% in 2017 (Figure 1). In 2017, men (2.7%) were higher than women (1.9%), and as the age increases, the doctor’s diagnosis rate of stroke also tends to be high (Figure 2).
