Influenza weekly surveillance report(Week 5 2016 – Jan 24, 2016 ~ Jan 30, 2016)
1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 05 2016, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 27.2‰, which is above the national baseline of 11.3‰.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 5 2016, out of the 236 respiratory specimens, 63 samples (26.7%) were positive for influenza virus
(54 for A/H1N1pdm09, 2 for A/H3N2, 7 for B)
