The briefing(Feb. 13th) on COVID-19 in Republic of Korea
○ As of 09:00, 13 February 2020, there have been 28 confirmed cases, 5,099 turned out to be negative, and 670 currently being tested. Out of 1,784 contacts of cases in total, 11 cases has been confirmed.

○ KCDC presents the condition of the 3rd evacuee who arrived back Seoul from Wuhan. As 5 people out of 147 evacuee shows symptoms, they isolated at national designated isolation hospital and tested negative, and 140 people tested negative.
○ As the spreading of the COVID-19 in the community, KCDC urges visitors who returned from China to keep the precaution and quarantine screening. Also, KCDC advises the public to get tested only if they have symptoms and epidemiological link. Testing for COVID-19 should be determined by clinician’s opinion. Furthermore, asking for a certificate to prove a negative test result for school or work should be discouraged.
