Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 16, 2023)

April 16 to 22, 2023 (Week 16)
1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 16 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 19.9‰, which was higher 18.5‰ recorded in the previous week.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 16 2023, out of the 388 respiratory specimens, 34 samples (8.8%) were positive for influenza virus. (23 for A/H3N2, 9 for A/H1N1pdm09, B for 2)
