Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 21, 2023)

May 21 to 27, 2023 (Week 21) 


1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance

In week 21 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 25.7‰, which was equal 25.7‰ recorded in the previous week.


2. Virus surveillance

In week 21 2023, out of the 292 respiratory specimens, 42 samples (14.4%) were positive for influenza virus. (24 for A/H3N2, 12 for A/H1N1pdm09, 6 for B)
