Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 29, 2023)

July 16 to 22, 2023 (Week 29) 


1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance

In week 29 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 17.3‰, which was higher 16.9‰ recorded in the previous week.


2. Virus surveillance

In week 29 2023, out of the 351 respiratory specimens, 28 samples (8.0%) were positive for influenza virus. (11 for A/H3N2, 17 for A/H1N1pdm09)
