Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 34, 2023)

Aug 20 to 26, 2023 (Week 34) 


1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance

In week 34 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 10.6‰, which was lower 12.0‰ recorded in the previous week.


2. Virus surveillance

In week 34 2023, out of the 327 respiratory specimens, 7 samples (2.1%) were positive for influenza virus. (3 for A/H3N2, 4 for A/H1N1pdm09)
