Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 18, 2017)

1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 18 2017, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 9.5‰, which was lower than 13.3‰ recorded in the previous week.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 17 2017, out of the 303 respiratory specimens, 35 samples (11.6%) were positive for influenza virus (3 for A/H3N2, 32 for B).
- Week 18 virus surveillance results will release in week 19.
