Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 5, 2018)

1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 5 2018, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 35.3‰, which was lower than 43.6‰ recorded in the previous week.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 5 2018, out of the 295 respiratory specimens, 146 samples (49.5%) were positive for influenza virus (54 for A/H3N2, 92 for B).
