Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 8, 2018)

1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 8 2018, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 18.8‰, which was lower than 30.7‰ recorded in the previous week.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 8 2018, out of the 290 respiratory specimens, 89 samples (30.7%) were positive for influenza virus (36 for A/H3N2, 4 for A/H1N1pdm09, 49 for B).
