The principal objective of this study is to investigate overall teen health and to form an understanding about health and statistical tendencies based on an online survey of teenage health conducted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The questions were designed to determine female high school students’ subjective health and happiness indices, which derive from their lifestyle such as eating, drinking, and smoking habits, overnight trips with their family, and so on. Teen’s health habits become the foundation of lifelong health. Thus, the quality of health education should be improved to settle health habits in regard to correct eating habits, stress management, drinking, and smoking. This reflects, among other things, the need for the proper use of spare time to manage stress. |
