고혈압 유병률 (만30세 이상)

30세 이상 고혈압 유병률은 2007년 24.5%에서 2016년 29.1%로 4.6%p 증가되었음(남자는26.8%에서 35.0%로 8.2%p 증가하고, 여자는 21.7%에서 22.9%로 1.2%p 증가하였음, 그림 A). 2016년 조사 기준 남자 고혈압 유병률이 여자에 비해 1.5배 높았고, 연령이 증가할수록 유병률이 높았음. 여자의 경우, 45-49세 연령부터 급증하기 시작하여 남자 유병률 증가폭 보다 높은 경향을 보였음(그림 B).

During 2007-2016, the age-standardized prevalence rate of hypertension for the Korean population aged 30 years or over increased from 24.5 to 29.1% (4.6%p increase): 26.8 to 35.0% (8.2%p increase) for male and 21.7 to 22.9% (1.2%p increase) for female (Figure A). In 2016, the rate for male was 1.5 times higher than that for female and increased with age (Figure B).
