Influenza weekly surveillance report(week 2, 2023)

January 8 to 14, 2023 (Week 2)
1. ILI(Influenza like Illness) surveillance
In week 2 2023, overall weekly influenza-like illness (ILI) rate was 40.2‰, which was lower 52.5‰ recorded in the previous week.
2. Virus surveillance
In week 2 2023, out of the 326 respiratory specimens, 67 samples (20.6%) were positive for influenza virus (66 for A/H3N2, 1 for A/H1N1pdm09)
