Vision
To protect and prevent the entire population from the risk of HIV/AIDS infection, we will continuously conduct education and promotion to disseminate accurate knowledge about HIV/AIDS, strengthen early detection through screenings for vulnerable groups, provide counseling and health management such as care and treatment for identified individuals, and contribute to improving public health through transmission prevention.

Implementation Direction
Strengthening early detection and early diagnosis of HIV infections
- Developing measures to promote voluntary testing to improve the infection detection rate
- Active promotion and guidance on the recommended timing for testing and retesting for early diagnosis
- Promoting screening and counseling for vulnerable groups to infection
- Activating screening and counseling through relevant academic societies for sexually transmitted infections
